It Never Rains in San Fran, California… {Ayanna & Nick}

In case you didn’t notice, the title of today’s post is a slight adaption from Tony! Toni! Tone!’s “It Never Rains in Southern California”. I’ve always loved that song. It’s an old school song – very mellow yet very exhilarating! That’s how today’s post makes me feel – relaxed yet excited all at the same time. I’m sure you’ll see why.

Ayanna commemorated the life of her grandmother by attaching a photo of her to her bouquet. What a beautiful way to acknowledge a family member’s presence in spirit.

  ^ The First Look!!! LOVE!

^Ayanna & her father have the same sheepish grin. How can you not adore?

There are so many little details that really bring these photos to life – the starfish, Ayanna’s necklace, the sand ceremony, and the cool glasses of her bridesmaids. Every detail is so unique but yet it all comes together so well.

Everything is so “au naturale”, from the color palette to Ayanna’s bountiful curls, on to her exotic beaded necklace. These two are truly a picture perfect couple!

It looks like it didn’t take long for these two to get their party started. They are having too much fun! And gosh gosh gosh; Ayanna is gorgeous even when she’s not trying! Simply stunning!

Love!

I am so in love with these photos! Everything tied together so well and Vida Carson Photography did an amazing job at capturing all of those little details in such a great way! This isn’t the first time I’ve featured Vida’s work and I certainly hope it won’t be the last. In case you didn’t notice, Vida is also the talent behind Shalon & Darwin’s Destination Wedding posted not too long ago. Be sure to check it out if you missed it the first time.

Until next time,
